a. Background

SkyLink provides an AI-powered corporate travel product integrated into your company’s communications environment and systems. It does not make discretionary travel policy decisions but assists in executing corporate travel bookings within company guidelines. This policy outlines the appropriate use of SkyLink's services to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance with corporate policies.

b. Notification and Grant of Rights

By using SkyLink's services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• AI Usage Notification: SkyLink's services include an artificial intelligence system that interacts with users and processes travel-related requests using automated decision-making and natural language processing. 
• Data Handling & Privacy: SkyLink processes only the information necessary to facilitate business travel, including data from corporate travel profiles. It does not otherwise request, store, or retain personal information, except as may be required by law, internal and external (i.e. with our service provider) audit requirements, or an agreement with your company.
• Grant of Rights: By using SkyLink's services, to the extent possible, you grant Jarvis Industries, Inc. and its authorized service providers a limited right to process, analyze, and store data for the purpose of providing travel services to you.

c. Permitted Uses

SkyLink is designed for booking corporate travel in accordance with your company's travel policies. Permitted uses include:

• Searching for flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel.
• Booking, modifying, or canceling business travel itineraries.
• Receiving travel recommendations and policy-compliant booking options.
• Accessing travel confirmations, receipts, and itinerary details.
• Other uses that may be communicated to you by Jarvis Industries, Inc. from time-to-time.

d. Prohibited Use

To maintain security, privacy, and efficiency, users must not:

• Use SkyLink for non-travel-related purposes, including general inquiries outside the scope of business travel.
• Enter personal payment details—SkyLink does not require this information, as your corporate travel profiles handle payments automatically.
• Share confidential or sensitive information, or information that the user does not have rights to share, that is not relevant to travel.
• Input unnecessary data, including personal data, beyond what is strictly required to book a flight (e.g., Social Security numbers, home addresses, personal credit card information).
• Attempt to use SkyLink in a manner that is illegal, damaging, or infringes upon the rights of any other person or entity. Usage must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Attempt to modify or override SkyLink’s automated booking processes.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of SkyLink or any related systems.
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on SkyLink.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, authentication mechanisms, or system protections, including accessing SkyLink over any insecure channel or method.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other methods to interact with SkyLink in a way that is not intended by its design.
• Attempt to access or manipulate data beyond what is provided through standard SkyLink functionality.

e. Data Privacy and Security

SkyLink does not store or request payment information. SkyLink accesses only personal information and corporate traveler profiles as authorized by your company’s travel system or sent to us by you or your employer. All interactions with SkyLink may be subject to your company’s IT security policies and may be monitored to ensure compliance. Misuse of SkyLink may result in suspension of access or other escalation. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with company travel policies when using SkyLink.

Your company may impose other corporate policies on your usage of SkyLink. For questions about any additional policies, permitted usage, or security, please contact your Company’s IT administrator and/or travel team.

g. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using SkyLink's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. You understand and agree that if you misuse SkyLink, including but not limited to entering personal information unnecessarily, violating security protocols, or using it for unauthorized purposes, you (i) waive any claims against Jarvis Industries, Inc., its affiliates, and service providers related to any consequences resulting from such misuse, and (ii) accept full responsibility for any risks, including unauthorized data exposure or disciplinary action per company policies.
